And of course Dev teams not having the capacity or patience to train up new Devs while there workload is too much already.
I experienced the same thing in my previous career with IT Support.
Many job openings but not enough seniors with free time to train the juniors.
But yes hopefully at some point I will build up enough value as to no longer be shunned by the hiring process.
