Today, Sankranthi is a day off from work. Long weekends put me in a relaxed mode. But my professional and hobby pursuits make me more relaxed not by staying away from them but by engaging with them. Hence programming and literature today also.
The interest of the day was syllables, the zeroth step towards English poetry, the first step being rhymes and meters. Starting from zero is not weird, computers start indexing from zero.
