Hello, community!
I'm gonna change my desk setup and planning to get an extra monitor to increase productivity. Could you share with me your desk setup and how you use yours daily in programming stuff? (ex why you prefer two horizontal monitors other than one vertical and one horizontal .. etc).
I use mine for programming web & mobile applications and design as well.
Your help would be appreciated so much.

My current setup until I get a standing desk and new room.
I see a lot of cool web projects came from this setup ;D
I like it, Andrew!
Thanks for collaborating š
I have 3 horizontal aligned screens. Webbrowser, ide, application preview and drop down terminal
Are you comfortable with three monitors?
Or is it something that distracts you?
I sometimes feel that Im a bit unproductive looking from left to right. I think if the angle would be better so they surround me more It might be easier. I have a stand for 3 screens that only allows a certain angle because my screens are quite large. The mayor advantage for me is that you have one main working screen you can focus on and can look directly at. With two screens I was always tempted to rotate my head slightly.
I have just one monitor at office so I try to have good shortcuts to everything. Highly recomend you read dev.to/wiseai/the-complete-guide-t...
At home with two monitors, one of them its vertical, usually theres a search page, a todo list and some music.
That was a useful article I just read it.
That's what I used to do during my development career, just one monitor with shortcuts only.
but unfortunately, my monitor is not wide enough to fit two windows evenly.
I always have to make one window wider than another.
That's why I wanted to upgrade mine.
Thank you Guilherme I appreciate it.
