yesterday i tried to make clone the card ui component of dev.to homepage.
so today i tried to clone the navbar of dev.to
please have a look and let me know your thoughts about it.
today i used a bit of extra css instead of tailwindcss because i wanted to get that border and shodow effect for the search input of navbar, just like dev.to
and i did it.
thanks lets meet with another part with new ui component clone.
and if you want to watch me doing this and wanna follow along please let me know in the comment.

I think your tags should be #react and #css, maybe #html, and/or #webdev. This post has nothing to do with #graphql or #rails and very little (if anything) to do with #node
Thanks
Would you Please focus more on my content?
And my profile has many thing to do with those tags i attached.๐๐
I did focus on your content, which is why I know your article has nothing to do with #graphql or #rails.
Tags should be use to categorize your articles topics, not list what kind of other articles you write about. Even if it did, I don't see any article you've written being related to #graphql or #rails.
You'll get a better audience if you tag your article the right way.
chat and notifications icons are swaped, literally unusable :D
And plz tell me how can something become unusable just because the position is swapped.
Logic will be written According to this design so it will work.
You Should not copy each and everything nah,
That was intentional
And look closely. You will find useful things too.
Thanks for comment.
Dude, dude...
Take a deep breathe and try to understand my joke :D
Same advice๐๐
And ya from angle that is a joke...?
Its like say anything then say ohh its a joke....๏ผ๏ผ๏ผ
maybe a bit responsive?
I also found another one doing something you are doing:
dev.to/gillarohith/dev-to-clone-wi...
We will responsive side a bit later doning all the clone work for every component.before that its hard to decide anything about responsiveness for my perspective.
And i am planning to make complete clone of it.
First UI then backend. I am a bit of reverse person.๐
And ya i dont like to do copy as it is. I Always try to add something new at my own i can feel that i have done this.
Thanks for the comment and information.
Cool , write your own code learn a lot.
Look forward to see your completion.
I am curious how you handle your data in backend.
Will keep track on you๐
yup thanks for commenting again.
and yes i will use nodejs backend with mongodb database most probably because thats what i am most comfortable with. may be i will implement features step by step because i am also learning but then i took this challange. but its okay.
