One way I've been thinking about our benefits and features is that they are part of a wave of data-oriented development. Managers use data about the development process and developers, it's time for developers to do the same.
Another way to think about what we have built is that it's about intellectual shareholding. By coding, you create equity. Our badges show the value of you have created. They are evidence of your contributions.
