Do you use your computer on your holidays or do you
stay abstinent to refresh your head?
I like to keep my lap off and:
- I spend time with my family
- I love to go hiking and climbing
- see and learn something new
- I cook something I never ate before
Unfortunately, I still spend time on my phone. At least I mute it to keep work stuff away from my mind

I personally go on full detox mode.
I live far from my hometown and I return for most of my holidays. I like to spend the max time possible with my family and catching up with my old friends.
Also, you feel fresher and mentally sharper when you get back to work.
That's something I definitely need to try! Full detox mode!
I visited my family in the last week and we did some gardening and tree felling. I only viewed my phone right before I went to bed. I really liked it but it was still not full detox. Next time I give it a try 💪🏼!
