◾ Wednesday: Leg, Shoulder
◾ Thursday: Chest, Triceps
◾ Friday: Back, Biceps, Forearm
◾ Saturday: Leg, Shoulder
◾ Sunday: Rest

◼ Sleep 7 - 8hr (Recovery will be fast while Sleeping)

◼ Food

◾ Morning and Noon, Plenty
◾ Night: Sprouted or Boiled Grams + Egg

◼ Water
====
◾ Drink Plenty of water and stay Hydrated
