I'm 22 years old and started to learn web development. I can Html , Css and javascript.. I started to study React js. I like to work with a team and get some experience. is my skills enough for that. is there any team which like to help me. I did some sample projects in frontendmentor if you need i can send them.. please give your ideas..

My advice would be:
Add some of these projects that you have created to a Github profile.
Continue reading and writing on Dev.to, but when you write an article, take a bit more time to add some more content. Even go so far as to link a project or your profile.
Consider having a web portfolio that you can keep up to date with your most recent skills, projects & forum posts.
This is not a whole lot, it sounds like most of these you already do / have. It is more a case of displaying / organizing them in way that can attract people / companies.
