Hello all. I hope everyone doing so great. I'm an Engineering graduate passed out in 2019. But I changed my career to become a web developer. In the meantime 2020 played so well (Lockdown). During the pandemic, I taught myself to code and I got a job less than a week ago. Currently, I'm confused that should I continue this low paying job to get experience!? Or need to wait for some more months to get some decent-paying job. Need some advice.

What I would do in this case is just keep applying for other jobs while you have the current one. Because if you got hired the first time you will continue to get hired. It's just now waiting for the right company to offer you the pay that you want.

It's great that you were able to teach yourself and find a job! That's a huge accomplishment.
If it's more money you're after, you can consider freelancing on the side while having a stable income. Better pay usually comes with experience, and continuous improvement will get you there.

I was in your situation when I started. The best thing to do is to keep the current job while applying to others. Eventually you will find a better one. The time you spent working in the lowpay can contribute to get accepted too.
I'd say stick to this job, if you think you're learning enough, and you're gaining experience ... and if you like your colleagues a bit, and the environment (that's quite a lot of "if's"). Once you have more experience you'll be in a better position to apply somewhere else.
But, if this job sucks in many regards (and not just with regards to the salary), yeah then start looking elsewhere right away.
Maybe it's a good idea that if you could get experience from the current job, just keep it and keep finding other jobs in the meantime.
