Firefighting for Moonshots

As the mosquito nets as fish-nets shows, problems can't sometimes be solved as another more immediate problem appears that the solution's resource is spent on, also one moonshot can cause another to fail or appear at a much later time than possible, and at times the solution to one problem and the solution to another problem cause a novel unforeseen problem to surface.
These are just some of the fires that may need urgent and quick responses.
Ever-speedier responses will be needed as time brings exponentially newer solutions. We would need to catch up ever faster to survive.
