I have thought of a little productivity hack:
- celebrate your small successes for 10 seconds to enhance the significance of connections in your brain which takes about 10 seconds.
It should press into memory the how and the why and everything leading up to the insights and final steps that lead to your achievement.
The achievement could be an insight or a work task upon completion.
It does not matter if it is a routine that you needed to engage in or an innovation.
I sometimes dance to mark the celebration. I think that this could potentially help with putting my vestibular system in a weird state where neuroplasticity gets a restart.
