What things is your company doing to make interviewing more fair?

I'm a Developer Advocate at CoderPad (https://coderpad.io). Some of you may have used CoderPad in the past while interviewing for a company. Others may have used the tool to interview candidates.

Our mission at CoderPad is to level the playing field for all technical positions. And when I say all, I mean junior engineering positions all the way up to CTO.

While we have our own ideas on how to make the interview process more fair. I'm looking for input from the community. This is so we can build the right things for you, your company and your team to improve the candidate experience.

So all this said...what does your team do to make the technical interview process more fair? and what things would you like to see to make the interview process more fair?
