In my company, we mostly don't do pair or mob programming (Wikipedia).
However, one team does it from time to time, and they advocate for it.
They presented their way of working, and it seems interesting.
As many other advocate of pair programming, they swear it is time efficient and productive.
Especially, because there are no code reviews because all of the code is automatically reviewed. No more PRs, and additionally, this type of evaluation is probably far superior to your typical PR.
However, I feel it could slow down development when devs are not at a similar level. Is it the case?
Do you have any direct experience?
