I started posting on dev.to yesterday, and I'm excited to share our journey with our open-source project called Litlyx.
To be transparent, this series of posts aims to raise awareness about our product because we believe it can help many developers and founders.

And that's how our journey to build our SaaS Litlyx began.
"Bro, we need to track more KPIs on our site or we will never know where to improve the product," I said during a 3 AM call to my co-founder and friend @emily.
"Dude, you're right, but what should we use? Google Analytics, MixPanel, or something else?" he replied.
The most interesting part is that he wasn't even upset I called him at 3 AM. When something needs to be done, it works like this. He works even at night. Me too. There is no time that can stop us.

It's difficult to find that state of mind called work-life balance when you have three active projects, have tried eight since the start of the year, and are now trying to find product-market fit for a SaaS.
We tried to implement Google Analytics. Our platform was built with Vue and Nuxt, because like all devs, we love to use the latest technologies to develop new platforms.
However, we encountered a problem: every library we tried was from other devs, not Google itself. So we tried other solutions, but everything was just a wrapper of libraries developed by independent devs with no support or little/non-existent documentation.
So I said to Emily, "Okay, bro, we need to work even this night to create our custom analytics or we will never get out of this mess."
He started working while I went to sleep at 2 AM. He was relentless. The next morning, I woke up and saw he was still in the same Discord channel, working from the night before.
By the time I joined him, he had already laid the groundwork for our custom analytics tool. We spent the next few days fine-tuning it, ensuring it was tailored to our specific needs. The process was exhausting but rewarding.
In the end, we had a great product to track our custom analytics, and we were happy af!
Then the wake-up call, "Okay, bro, I think we have a great product here. We need to start creating awareness. This will save the life of a lot of people."
That's when we understood that we wanted to create a product so simple, yet effective, that it can change how analytics are tracked today.
