I know that the backend is built with Ruby on Rails, but what about the UI and HTML part?
Did these guys write the whole html from scratch or did they use a page builder like Figma?

We have a mix of ERB templates, React, Preact, and Stimulus. We use Storybook for our components and to provide an idea of look and feel.
Our designers use Figma to share designs.
