Frontend Happy Hour I love the dynamic of take a shot every time you said the key word of the episode.

[6] Coding blogs

the goals of the Coding Blocks podcast is to introduce a number of these topics to the audience so they can learn during
their commute or while cutting the grass. We will cover topics such as best programming practices, design patterns, coding for
performance, object-oriented coding, database design and implementation, tips, tricks and a lot of other things

One of those podcast that you can listen and be lost most of the time of all the technical terms but at the end you would have a better idea or at least an overview of the meaning of the terms these guys are fantastic at entertaining and explaining the different topics.
Hosted by Allen Underwood - Joe Zack -Michael Outlaw, I have the opportunity of meeting Joe Zack in a local meetup in Daytona Beach a couple of years ago.

[10] Software engineering Daily

Software Engineering Daily features daily interviews about technical software topics.
I think this one should go in the top 5, but I have a lot to choose from so 9 it is.

I understood 5% of every episode, but I found the personalities compelling and my understanding of software improved gradually every time I listened. Oftentimes I would listen to an episode during my work commute, and learn more from that episode than I would at work.
This is one of the podcast that you can listen if you get a better view of all the information that is out there in and the scope of software engineering.
