I usually ask myself, are my actions getting me closer to what I want? Then I end up reviewing my priorities and goals, and as a good sign my goals and priorities are the same as a few months ago, meaning that I'm not "lost", or that I'm too blind (I hope not!). If I find my self not doing activities that are helping me to get closer to my goals, then I try to change my behavior/routine. I go through this process once every 1 or 2 weeks. I've found that is very relaxing. It gets me happy to know that I know what I'm doing.
