Currently considering to do the same thing. My issue is, that i have "a f*** lot of partials and shortcodes" that are used inside of my markdown files as well. I guess i am better with a new project, because i want to switch from bootstrap template to tailwindCSS too. This switch will cost me months... So i am unsure how to start :D Well... thanks god it doesn hurry.
