Alternative for azure communication chat?

Since Azure Chat last version is 2021-09-07and seems like they not still developing…

Any experience with Chat services can we use like getstream.io, rocket.chat or any?

I'm looking for alternatives with a good price.

Base on real-time, JS or backend with .NET
