Is there a SaaS based platform available for playwright?

Hi Everyone,
I have explored playwright as a QA tool. I am interested to know if a SaaS based platform is available for it?
I am currently involved in testing different tags used for analysis of our client's website.
While playwright in itself a great QA tool, is there any web based platform available for it ?
Installing the tool on local and then scripting for designing different QA tests may not be the ideal solution for Clients.
An in detail response would be helpful.
