I cleaned the house and organized some clutter (which had been there for 2 years) on Saturday. I usually try to keep things clean, so doing a thorough cleaning once a month is enough to reduce the time spent on housework.
The effort to constantly squeeze out more time in life actually brings stress. Treating housework and some chores as a way to relieve stress might be better.
In reality, a lot of my weekend time is still spent dealing with work for the upcoming week. How can I possibly prepare for a job change like this? I think it’s better to accept this fact rather than hate myself, and then find a solution.
