In past experiences working with others, it’s often been hard to achieve my ideal outcome. Most of the time, I’ve had to adapt to the other person’s way of doing things. I also understand that sometimes, people who may be more skilled than I am have had to lower their standards to accommodate me.
While this is part of interpersonal skills and communication, and I fully understand how important it is in human society, I don’t particularly mind it—in fact, I’ve gotten used to it. But honestly, I often feel that if we could avoid unnecessary communication, management, and relationship handling, we could get closer to our goals faster and move forward more efficiently.
After all, for those of us with fewer advantages, time is even more limited.
