10/365 Days | ¥10M Japan Job Challenge

From now on, I will record things in a running log and summarize once there’s substantial progress.

To maintain consistency in doing something, it’s essential to lower the barrier. In fact, writing a blog itself is also a kind of barrier, so I will change my approach moving forward.

For a long time, I tried to go all-in on one thing (learning English, Japanese, and IT while preparing for a career change), which led to neglecting other aspects of my life. However, this approach was quite ineffective because when health, focus, and mental balance are lost, it’s easy to fall into the trap of being busy without real productivity, resulting in very poor efficiency.

Except for bad weather or poor physical condition, I’ve recently developed the habit of jogging at least 3-4 km.

By eating well, sleeping well, and exercising moderately, I believe the outcome will be different from my previous career change efforts in 1-2 years.

I have tried the same thing and got to the same conclusion: Balance is key!
I do keep focused on only one thing at a time but now I don’t neglect other aspects of my life.
Keep it up, it has been fun to follow your journey :)

Hi Belli, thanks for your response.
Balance is really important. Relying solely on perseverance to study and work will only lead to burnout.
