What is EDA ?
This is a method used by data analysts to analyze,assess and summarize datasets.
EDA is is used by data scientists to analyze and investigate data sets and summarize their main characteristics, often employing data visualization methods.
Think of EDA as the simple research or investigative measures that one does before a purchase.Things like looking at what the price is where the item can be bought at and such like investigations.
EDA helps determine how best to manipulate data sources to get the answers you need, making it easier for data scientists to discover patterns, spot anomalies, test a hypothesis, or check through assumptions.
Tools That can Be used to Perform EDA:
Scripting Languages
Python and R programming languages enable analysts to analyze data better and manipulate it using libraries and packages such as Plotly, Seaborn, or Matplotlib.
BI Tools(Business Intelligence)
Business intelligence (BI) tools are types of application software that collect and process large amounts of unstructured data from internal and external systems, including books, journals, documents, health records, images, files, email, video, and other business sources.
Some of the tools here would be Qlik Sense, IBM Cognos, Tableau and I would also mention PowerBI and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
