Good points there. My problem has always been that I just simply don't feel thirsty and even if I have a bottle in front of me, I just forget to drink it. I know it sounds lame, "how can someone forget to drink??" but unfortunately it's true. π€·ββοΈ

How come I can't crave water like I do sugar or potato chips? I'm pretty sure my body doesn't need any more of either of those things, but I can never seem to get enough. Meanwhile, I look at a bottle of water and am like meh, I guess I'll drink you... haha!

Try Arthur's technique. Use an empty bottle of a beverage you really love! ;)
