I had smth like this some years ago.
I've tried to teach woman who was blind and used PC. I've taught her to use PC just with keyboard and screenreader, but couldn't teach her to work in the net. It was the problem with site structure and accessability and maybe my low level knowledge of using browsers without mouse/touchpad
