I blog mainly because I enjoyed doing it and it allowed me to talk about things I wouldn't normally be able to do at work.
I particularly like blogging communities because I get to see other peoples POV (which can be refreshing, educational, challenging, and also triggering). There are downsides too, like being overly influenced by what others are writing to the point where you become unhappy about writing.
I've made some great friends over blogging to and we sometimes collab on articles and even started doing videos. For me personally, this is the best experience I've had.
I wish I was more consistent at blogging, but life gets in the way....or maybe that's just me making excuses ...
