Safari (Apple) and Firefox are the only relevant browsers left, which are not based on Chromium. Chromium is the open source foundation of Google Chrome and browsers like Brave, Opera, even Microsoft's Edge are based on it as well.
I would say, when Chrome and Firefox are to fat and you're not a Mac user, there is not really an alternative 😉.
