A water heater leak lead to flex box post and rearranging my garage and adding a "Flex office." Called that because of the flexbox article and that I can flex to work there instead of my home office.
Last time
- I tested the standing table height. The camera angle was too low and hit my chest. So I switched to a seated position but the camera angle was wide and the background was full of distractions.
- Lights were bad.
Monday
The overhead florescent lights were bad. I swapped bulbs with the ones in a storage room. I have one lamp for additional light plus a ring light.
Coded on the photography table. I alternated standing and sitting. It was successful. So I can work there but not good for being on camera.
I also worked with laptop on some low shelves. They are a few feet behind the table. this worked. I can stand behind the shelves but it's too close too wall to sit comfortably. I can sit an the end of table and move to the backside, if I need to be on screen.
Tuesday
Used to boxes to act as a riser and lift the laptop to a better angle.
Positioned the ring light.
Wednesday
I attended the Dads in Tech meeting. Stood behind the shelves. with lap top on a riser. It worked but a little uncomfortable. That spot has no padding just bare floor need an anti fatigue mat.
Thursday
Virtual Coffee Zoom Meeting. Took a bath mat to try as a fatigue mat. Better than just the floor. Might try a yoga mat. It was a good meeting.
