What are some of the things that companies or an individual can do to make it more attractive for underrepresented groups to join them ? or what would some things you'd like to see done better ?
I don't really see any good resources on this or even have information about it at all. Any insights would be great. Thanks!

By providing them the equal support like stock options, vacations and of course the deserving salary based on their salary and personality.
They should have this particular feeling of being special if they are joining some company. They are equally important just like other communities and no different than them.
Most certainly, I think that should be the goal of every company!
