Thanks for this post, repr is new for me, the rest would be two years ago.
I would recommend some changes to the post:
having some TOC or summary at the beginning of the post would be helpful.
as suggested, pipenv and pytest might be better options.
as you reference another article, maybe you can make your points steps shorter, to make the whole post more readable.
Just my view and feedback, take it or leave it :)
