I have founded my company codinstyle and I have 2 co-founders. The first one, I met at work in Ericsson. The second one, is a Udemy instructor.
All three of us had the same mentality => have a side income business.

Well it's a little bit different. 2 of us live in Lebanon while the 3rd member lives in Kiev
I'm working on the website, marketing and sales.
My friend is working on a mobile app for the website.
My other friend helped mainly in marketing.
We discuss and share ideas almost every day. It's worth trying, work on something that we believe in, instead of spending hours playing addictive video games
Haha, yeah. Better spending the time on your business, for sure. It's pretty cool you do it internationally. Are the timezones hard?
In my case, timezone is not a problem. I work on a night shift, so it's convenient for all of us.

It's a long story. I unknowingly had a startup in 2007-9... Yeah, it's a long story. I'm pretty close to doing another one again, based around rostering. With a cool twist or two.
