I'm using this this week. I can easily spend hours on end just staring at the screen without moving or drinking. Annoying me into stepping away every now and again is really useful!
Plan a routine and configure it and try to follow that. Something like 50 minutes of work and 10 mins of break. Also drink a glass of water every hour at least.
