RCA is a collective term used to describe a wide range of approaches, tools, and techniques to uncover causes/events that happened.
Root Cause Analysis is a process of determining the underlying reasons for an event so that the most effective solutions can be observed or implemented towards an organization’s strategy for continuous improvement efforts.
Note : This process generally serves as an input to a remediation process whereby corrective actions need to be taken to prevent the problem from reoccurring again or when something works effectively and how to replicate it across all processes.
