The QA architecture handbook: Guide for building a quality-first culture

Hey! I recently (literally last weekend 🀠) created a GitHub repository focused on building a quality-first culture within organizations.

Short background on why:
After participating in several recruitment interviews where some of them were cool, and I could learn a lot from those teams (in addition to bringing the experience I already have), but also there were some teams not so well prepared in terms of quality (where there is/was a lot to improve), I was inspired to share (and create platform for it) some insights and best practices for establishing a robust QA architecture.

Main:
This repository (https://github.com/403-html/the-qa-architecture-handbook), is designed to be a collaborative resource for anyone looking to learn about or improve QA processes. It covers topics like fostering a quality-first mindset, implementing continuous monitoring, and leveraging automation and testing with users. It's not for personal QA development (for this, you can utilize QA Roadmap – https://roadmap.sh/qa).

Whether you're just starting to develop your QA strategy, or you're looking to brush up your existing practices, I believe this handbook can be a valuable resource. I encourage you to check it out and contribute your own experiences and insights (whether it's adding something new, providing feedback, or just straight up "this is bs" – let's talk about it) – let's work together to build a stronger QA community.
