My goal is to minimize as possible someone going out in this time of quarantine.

What I built
I am building a Reddit/9gag like site which a user can post in a certain group for example someone register and post on a group "Seek Help" and other people or professional can help this person by chatting or thru video call.

In the UK you'll know if they are registered if they have a GMC record in the countries database.
We have this in the UK gmc-uk.org/doctors?text=John
It will search for doctors called John.
You'll be validating a GMC for a medical practitioner in the UK.
Not sure about other countries.
