What are your sources for the statements like "It is recommended to use the Angular framework when you are developing an application of a huge scale" or "teams that are proficient in TypeScript discover Angular simpler to use". I have been working with angular for years and then switched to react and I don't agree with neither. Why would angular scale better? Why would teams that are proficient in TypeScript discover angular simpler to use? React works great with Typescript... This was maybe true few years before...

Most often, it's because it's the best tool to do the task. In the job that it's not the best tool for what you need, do not employ it.

You can make use of Typescript in both (and it's recommended for Angular). Both provide excellent rendering speed. Both offer an extensive library of libraries that can be used with them. The Angular framework excels in complex single-page applications that have a lot of routes and a quantity of complexity. React is a great choice for lighter, simpler SPAs. Angular utilizes an object-oriented approach. React utilizes an approach that is functional.

Choose the one that best suits the particular project you are working on.
