How do people usually form a team of motivated individuals to kick start a project or even a startup?
Recently, I had the thought to work on an idea that I am personally excited about. An idea that I had thought of as a serious plan for a possible technopreneurship.
However, given the lack of knowledge in System Architecture / UIUX design skills, etc. It became really difficult really fast. Of course it isn't to say that I had not done any work on my part to be saying these, but working alone, being motivated alone is beginning to feel so draining and so lonely.
So, how do successful people like technopreneurs or startups find members and with what kind of capital to get working?

I don't know about successful people, but i can talk about myself.
Working in my projects, and trying to create an mvp, or poc is usually a pain in the ass. I try to treat it like a regular job (where i usually do overtime), and instead of trying to find member to help me (i cant pay, and i may not profit from some projects), i tend to talk with other developers about it. Venting out problems and asking for help/guidance helped me a lot. Some problems that i find that were difficult, were easy for some other developers, so we exchange information, and i manage to learn things.
I also don't know much about UX, but some UX designers have an instagram, youtube channel, and maybe a dev.to account as well. Asking them should also help you. They may lead you to some interesting resource to use.

Yup, I highly agree that learning thru conversations with people whom may have a chance of giving useful feedbacks are so important.
