How to send youtube subscription link.

We can send our youtube channel subscription link to other's using the sub_confirmation = 1 paramter in the url.

Note: Unfortunately this works only on desktop and not on mobile.

For example my youtube url:

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCajNSAb41SHFYAsCJxUKIMw?sub_confirmation=1

replace the UCajNSAb41SHFYAsCJxUKIMw with your channel id.
