Hello, overall these are not good questions as they cannot be answered without context, except #2. Svelte is far superior to React.

Question #1: it really depends on your needs and how you want to store data, if you need a relationship between tables, will you be doing a lot of reading or inserting etc. Understanding pros and cons of each will help you determine what to choose.
Question #2: never used Svelte so I can't tell you.

Also i only use React and i heard that Svelte is like pure html (like you use < script > etc and not hooks)
I use netlify, never used vercel but i just wanted to hear whats better.
NoSQL is better for me. But i just wanted to ask the community what they find better.
Because maybe i could switch.
