Recently while doing interviews I had a behavioural interview and was asked "tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker".
Luckily this is a classic so I had an answer prepared, but it wasn't easy to think of one - is this normal? I think most devs are averse to conflict and are open enough to talk things through - is that right or is it my own personal experience?
If you're interested, the only times I could think of having a "conflict"
(conflict is a stretch here) was when my team were asked to build something quickly but with very vague requirements
