I am going through the same. The quotes mentioned by the employers are exactly the same I heard. I had done 3 months of internship working day-night (flexible hours haha) due to which at the end I was exhausted. They told me to extend my internship for a month (my good work) for a bare of Rs.1000 increase in my stipend. But I choose to end it up and go on learning something new, something unique which pays me more than a common technology.
