For me is has been for sure RedwoodJS and BlitzJS , bringing rails-like structure to react landscape has been something needed for any commercial projects out there seriously it was needed long before 2020.
AdonisJS finally moved into TypeScript with Version 5 preview.adonisjs.com/
The release of Tailwind UI, earlier this year and later the year Tailwind 2.0
but the biggest one for me personally was the release of StimulusJS 2.0 by basecamp and days later. The release of turbo part of the hotwire stack, the same tech-stack used for developing Hey.com
