I made Case Design which is a small CSS and SASS library focused on clarity. The minified CSS file is super light at 3.8kb. The primary focus of the design is making content more open and readable.
The library is available on npm or you can download just the minified css.

2 was a purposeful choice #3 was not. Will fix the issues. I wanted a very opinionated approch so forced the fonts in. If you'd like to, you can send a pr for #3 and #4.
