Pair programming is on my mind after the wonderful Toronto JS tech talks evening at VMWare Tanzu Labslast night. Teams at Tanzu Labs do a lot of pair programming - and not just developers with developers, but devs with design, clients, ... . Looks like a very cool work culture!
