Hello,
I add a carrier service. But, when the customer visit the checkout section, the next message is shown:
Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order.

I delete products, create them again, modify zones. Change package and products weights...but nothing works...

Do you have any idea about this error?

Hi Gaston, there could be many reasons for this.

  • Is your response to Shopify's Rate request correct?
  • Is your testing Carrier Endpoint URL publicly available and also https?
