Do you have your own personal websites where you also put your blogs? If so, you can repost those blogs to dev and medium safely by setting the canonical link to link back to your official website!

I would wait until google indexes your blog first, then you can post it to dev and medium making sure to set canonical link to your official blog, this will not only drive traffic to your site, but you'll get to "highjack" dev and mediums domain authority. Having a blog due well on either platform will really boost your article in Googles search engine. I know several of my blogs make it to peoples Google feeds, and that drives SO much traffic.

I'm thinking about writing a whole blog about this and maybe some of my other SEO practices and strategies! If you don't have an official blog, I just published a new blog about creating your own tech blog with SvelteKit!

Note, you can see the link to my official blog under my name if you click on the blog, and it will take you there. If you setup canonical links and get your timing right, you'll direct all the clout to your official blog when Google does it's search ranking.

Hope this was useful! :) If you have any questions, just let me know. I'm still learning too! :)
