Yours is a crazy good project!
There were a ton of wins, a ton of losses this year.
Mostly becoming full-stack, learning 4 frameworks for the backend in 3 different languages, getting into blockchain, getting a mentor for my Quantum Computing paper.
Getting into blogging (shifting to Dev.to from Medium now), getting into maintaining my online presence, starting my podcast dropping on 1st Jan.
These are the recent ones. Being invited to Harvard Hacks and Yale hacks was also crazy. Got my internship sorted.

Man the year was crazy good. Here's to a 2020 with better projects.

I still can barley understand quantum computing and blockchain blows my mind, learning both is very impressive.

I am making an introductory text to Blockchain and making your own Decentralized Apps. Let me know if any one wants it!

I launched a habit tracking Trello Power-Up that gained some users:

It was actually my first ever side project, it's made me super keen to keep building more

Sure, it's nice to realize you have lots of followers here and on Twitter... for me, though, the defining moment of 2019 came in early December, when it finally occurred to me why I can't figure out how to make games in a traditional engine: my train of thought was on the wrong track the whole time, and the switch to get off was right in front of me, but my tunnel vision caused me to fail to see it. Knowing this, so many doors are now opened!

I finally became a 'real' developer and learned how to use git. It has made my life a whole lot better :).

I switched from project management to working as a software developer. Went smoother than I expected by staying in the same domain and working with the same customer.
