Today, I have decided to sign up for the program "The 28 Day Yoga for Beginners Program" at DOYOUYOGA; it is taught by Kristin McGee, a yoga and Pilates based in New York, completely free of charge and online which particularly means I can do at home anytime.
This is the first step which I am taking to have an active life in 2018. Is anyone here started doing Yoga this year? How things have gone so far? Please share your experience with all of us. Lets start living active life.
