As a network engineer, I've used most of these. With the crazy exception of nfdump and fprobe. A killer use-case for fprobe might be to combine it with a relatively new AWS feature, Monitor Sessions. These are like SPAN ports for the cloud! One could send traffic into an interface and use fprobe on that interface, to gather netflow data.
